Hay guys, sorry i haven’t posted for ages all sorts have happened to stop me from getting on the net. But i’ll tell you about a little challange i am giving myself at the mo. I have recently realized the amount of time i spend watching the BOX (tv), topgear, heroes and all that…..

I have watch TV all my life and decided i wanted to re focus where it should be in my life. So im taking a month off from watching TV, and it’s been great so far. I have had more time to chill and read the bible and books like ‘velvit elvis’ (GREAT BOOK)

So if you want to join me in my month of fasting from TV, your more than welcome.

i watched this video wondering what it was all about. but it turned out to be really interesting. What would life be like if we could rub out our past. Would we still be the people we are today. For sum people there past was a time of growth and for others a time of loss. I know forgiveness has a major part to play in our past. But it doesn’t mean our past never happened.

on that note… i was thinking the other day about my inner man’s desire to go out hunting and catch my dinner (random i know) but i suddenly realized that i love meat, but have never

caught my own food! ALL my life someone else has caught it for me.

i have lost the hunting ability. not that i had it at all!
