TV fast

Hay guys, sorry i haven’t posted for ages all sorts have happened to stop me from getting on the net. But i’ll tell you about a little challange i am giving myself at the mo. I have recently realized the amount of time i spend watching the BOX (tv), topgear, heroes and all that…..

I have watch TV all my life and decided i wanted to re focus where it should be in my life. So im taking a month off from watching TV, and it’s been great so far. I have had more time to chill and read the bible and books like ‘velvit elvis’ (GREAT BOOK)
